Fabrication

AMD offers light, medium and heavy duty fabrications, manufactured from various steels (e.g. mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel etc) and steel sections (RSA, RSC/PFC, RHS, flats, tubes and beams). This includes the welding of all the above which can be done through our MIG, TIG & STICK welding facilities.

Fabrications can vary from platforms, stairs, ladders, guarding and handrails etc. from 3mm-20mm sectional steel. All items can be internally paint-finished using primer paints or gloss enamel paints, alternatively externally finished in hot dip galvanising / powder & enamel coatings.

To aid our qualified fabrication engineers we have a 5 tonne overhead crane and also internally stocked stores. Our full capacity list can be viewed here.
