Ductwork / Sheetmetal Work

AMD can perform Light, Medium and Heavy sheet metal work and ductwork fabrications.

We have full MIG, TIG, SPOT and STICK welding facilities within our sheet-metal department.

Light gauge galvanised ductwork is generally used for the ventilation and air conditioning industry. AMD can produce either fully manufactured rectangular, round, circular and flat ductwork or supply spiral wound type ductwork.

Medium sheet metal work ranging from 1.5mm-2mm fully welded systems, all available in, mild steel, galvanised, stainless and aluminium. These are generally used for dust extraction, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Heavy sheet metal and fabrication work ranging from 2mm-12mm fully welded systems are generally used in the kiln and incinerator waste industries.

All the above are fed through the Sheet Metal Workshops via the CNC Plasma Cutting Machine
